Returns

• You may request a return if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
• Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to lodge your request.
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Because each item is handmade, slight variations are natural and not considered defects.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or decline of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

How to Request a Return

Email us at admin@organizedplans.co.za with:

• Your order number
• A short description of your concern
• Photos if applicable

We will respond within 2–3 working days with next steps.
